Writing on Hashnode was a way to cope during a central year in my life.
One that will live forever behind me as we continue our journey in the cloud.
The brainstorming and time spent writing for this blog were impactful.
It kept me employed for a while.
It was an easy way to post content and have a great-looking platform that gave a solid impression.
Even though I didn't write deep technical topics - that wasn't the intent - this was meant to connect dots, build faith in technologies while I was uncertain about my life, and compile resources to benefit others on their path to the divine, unsure if it works.
Here you'll find lighter content, a hub directing to various tracks.
That's the main reason for writing all this.
I was preparing for a cert, consuming resources, doing labs.
And combining them over here.
We ended up with over 30 cloud certifications across the three major cloud providers and Terraform. We delivered a theoretical DevOps series. We also outsourced the cloud resource initiative.
We got some cool badges like writing our first blog post ever 3 years ago! Yayha!
We also earned the crazy blogger for posting every single day for a week.
We wrote some solid 2000+ words covering the entire technology industry. (Jk)
During a year of focused practice, we reached 30k views.
If it benefits 100 people, that fulfilled its purpose.
But now, at 40, it’s time to record this and celebrate the move on to others!
This work reminds me of where I started and an exact point in time.
I want it to stay that way.
See you, Yahya.
